3. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Two winners will be selected (one male, one female).

4. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified via email and/or phone within 72 hours of the announcement date (November 21, 2025). Winners must respond within 7 days of notification to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected. Winners may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and publicity release within 14 days of notification as well as complete new client paperwork and a TRIO Coaching client contract.

5. Prize Details & Substitution

The approximate retail value of each prize is $2,700. Prize has no cash value and is non-transferable. No prize substitution or cash equivalent is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. The prize does not include travel expenses, competition fees, posing suits, tanning, or any other costs associated with competing.

6. Publicity Release

By entering this giveaway, you grant TRIO Coaching and its affiliates the irrevocable right to use your name, likeness, voice, biographical information, photos, videos, and statements for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes in any media worldwide without additional compensation or approval, except where prohibited by law. IMPORTANT: Competition prep and bodybuilding training involves strenuous physical activity and dietary restrictions that may pose health risks. By entering this giveaway and accepting the prize, you acknowledge that you are in good physical health and have consulted with a licensed physician regarding your fitness to participate in bodybuilding preparation and competition. You acknowledge that TRIO Coaching is not providing medical advice, and all training and nutrition guidance is for educational and informational purposes only. You assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to injury, illness, or adverse health effects. You represent that you have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation in intense physical training and dietary restrictions.

This includes injuries or health complications that may arise from training, nutrition protocols, or competition preparation.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this giveaway at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that affects the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the giveaway. In the event of termination, Sponsor may award prizes from eligible entries received prior to termination.

10. Winner Disqualification

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any winner or terminate coaching services if the winner: (a) fails to comply with coaching requirements, (b) engages in conduct that damages the reputation of TRIO Coaching, (c) violates these official rules, (d) is found to have engaged in fraudulent activity, or (e) fails to maintain the required commitment level. In such cases, no refund or compensation will be provided, and the winner forfeits all rights to the prize.

11. Tax Responsibility

Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize. Winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 if the prize value exceeds $600. Winner may be required to provide their Social Security Number or Tax ID for tax reporting purposes.

12. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

This giveaway and these official rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
